Flipping out of winter
On March 4, 2015, some of the Tunstall students were spotted wearing flip flops! The spontaneous 60 degree weather has students debating what to wear to school each day. However, even snow clumps on the ground couldn’t stop these students from wearing their open shoes.
The warm weather has students eager for the end of the year. They take any chance offered to get a taste of summer. “I love flip flops and I miss summer,” stated Junior Alicia Gregory after being caught wearing flip flops.
Even though the forecast for the next day calls for a storm, 1-3 inches of snow, and an 11:30 early dismissal, Tunstall’s students cannot seem to get their minds away from summer arriving.
