Christmas is coming up very soon. Many people love Christmas, but others aren’t as excited. When this time of year comes around, there is always a large amount of controversy on when the right time to begin decorating and celebrating Christmas is.

36 people at Tunstall High School were asked for their opinion on which they believe is the correct time to celebrate Christmas. 22 out of 36 people believe that it is not too early to start putting on the Christmas music, decorating, or wrapping presents. Junior Kelsie Scott is one of those who believe it is not too early to start getting in the Christmas spirit. “A month is not long enough; we need more than a month to celebrate Christmas,” stated Scott. 

9 people out of 36 believe that it is too early to start getting ready for Christmas. “We should not forget about Thanksgiving. We still have a whole month and another holiday to get through, and the weather is not cold enough yet,” said Mollie Hanks.
